Prepare our Dry-rubbed Pork Ribs as follows:
These ribs are fully-cooked and require only heating.
Conventional Oven (preferred):
Place each whole rack, covered or wrapped in foil, into a preheated 375?? oven for 40-45 minutes. Add time for multiple racks.
Microwave Oven:
Slice each rack. Place ribs in a covered microwave-safe dish.
Cook at HIGH for approximately 30 seconds per rib.
Grill:
Place whole rack, wrapped in 1 to 2 layers of foil onto the coolest area of the grill. Turn often to avoid scorching. Heat the ribs to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Food-safety experts recommend that most cooked foods reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees before they are served. Ovens vary in performance so a digital thermometer is a recommended, inexpensive and handy kitchen tool to have on hand.
